Here are some fun writing prompts to give a try today: 1. Write a story backwards. In other words, start with the conclusion, then explain what happened that led up to the action or event. 2. Write about your future. What will a typical day be like for your adult self? Will you still live near where you live now? Will you have the same friends? What will your family be like? ... 3. Write about the first time you tried a food, whether you liked it or didn’t like it. What did it smell like? What did you expect it to taste like? Did it remind you of anything? Did the texture surprise you? 4. What is your favorite activity? Is it running, baking cookies, building models, growing crystals, biking? Write one paragraph of instructions for someone else who has never done this activity before, explaining how to do it. Then, write another paragraph explaining why you love it, and what you think they will get out of giving it a try. We want to know what you come up with! Share your responses in the comments!

Here are some fun prompts to get you started: 1) Write about someone you know that challenges you to be your best. 2) What works best: working as a team or working independently? In what cases, would one work over the other? Are there times when both are necessary? ... 3) Make a list of the healthy foods that you ate in the last week. Using that list create a poster (drawings, printing, or cut out pictures from a magazine!) of them along with other of your favorite healthy foods. 4) If i were the President of the United States i would... 5) If I could switch places from any character from a book or story I have read, I would switch places with...
