If you have been wanting to buy a home but don't have the down payment. Did you know Down Payment Assistance (DPA) is available for up to 7% meaning you can get into a home with basically no money down. For Example: On a $300,000 Mortgage Loan, 7% in assistance = $21,000. ... Don't let not having a down payment stop you from getting a home. Call or text for more information. 916-899-4839 . . . . Amendment to Placer’s COVID-19 Health Order Outdoor activity is vital for well-being and has always been considered essential. Outdoor activity must be done safely, however. Governor Gavin Newsom recently issued an executive order banning the enforcement of eviction orders for renters affected by COVID-19 through May 31, 2020. The order provides immediate relief to tenants for whom rent was due on April 1 and prohibits landlords from evicting tenants for nonpayment of rent and prohibits enforcement of evictions by law enforcement or courts. If you are a renter, you are required to declare in writing, no more than seven days after your rent comes ...due, that you cannot pay all or part of their rent due to COVID-19. This means, for rent due April 1, that you have until April 8 at the latest to notify your landlord of partial or non-payment due to COVID-19. As a tenant, you will be required to retain documentation but are not required to submit it to the landlord in advance. The tenant remains obligated to repay full rent in a timely manner and could still face eviction after the enforcement moratorium is lifted.
