Our new plated row machine is quite the conversation starter. I found out it’s favorite song before embarking on a back day that was focused on endurance. When using the seated back row I like keeping my chest nice and high forcing my core to keep my posture nice and right. Endurance meaning I d0 4 sets of 20 for each one of my back exercises.
