Sauced! on Foothill

It is with heavy heart that I must walk away from the Sauced project. No matter how many coats of paint or times you remodel the Brass will always be the Brass. I was excited to be working in the kitchen again and hoping that with new ownership things would change. Not the case. I am sure that what ever open in the bar that we all knew and loved it will be great. I hope you all will support them in their endeavor to re-open. Thanks for your support and your likes on this page. Remember, the people that are continuing on in their efforts to re-open are good people! I will miss working with them. Michelle

Sauced! had it's first event yesterday! The restaurant is not open but we are taking catering orders. You can either book the Hotel Patio or Mayan Room or we can deliver to you! Let us do your stunt work...need to impress the new boyfriend with a juicy cooked steak or you need to cook for the new inlaws that have no idea that you can't even boil water! We want everything to perfect for you! A questions for you all, if you woke up hungry in the middle of the night what would you be craving? My dream meal would focus on breakfast -waffles, eggs and bacon, lots and lots of bacon and real butter! CDJ is hungry and wishes her kids would ...not have ate all of her dinner before she came home from the restaurant planning meeting...D'oh!! Our Menu Thus Far

If you build it...will they come? Actually, in Field of Dreams it was If you build it they will come. So, here we are only a few more weeks till Sauced! on Foothill will be open. I am excited to be part of the team to take on this endeavor. However, it is just after 12 am and I have to be up early but I think it is worth it. Who knew how much work this was going to take and we are not even a quarter of the way to being ready for and opening! The team is Chris, Tracy, Jo...hn and Rita. I will be assisting Joseph R. Davis in the kitchen building the menu and bringing our food to you. I never would have imagined that having job A.D.D. would benefit me...glad I can cook, waitress! A little about us...Sauced! is a restaurant without a liquor license for at least the next few months. However, our new menu will feature entrees and specials sauces that are made with liquor, wine and beers that you all know and love! We are borrowing from the Aztec Hotel's rich history and will be bring the prohibition era speakeasy style to the place. Remember at Sauced! it is not in the glass but on the plate!
