Can't get a gym appointment? Not comfortable working out around others? No at-home gym equipment? There are plenty of ways to keep your muscles healthy. Today we're talking about butts! We'd like to think we are experts on the subject, so here are some tips on how to get a nice butt workout that you can do just about anywhere. 1) Plant your feet shoulder-width apart (or slightly wider), with your toes pointing straight ahead.... 2) Keep your chest up and back flat, and then send your hips back, as if sitting in a chair. 3) Concentrate on keeping your knees wide, roughly in line with the second toe of each foot. 4) Drop your hips until they are roughly in line with your knees, then drive through your heels to stand.
