Alyssa Garcia and Julia Cariquitan are both a part of the success of the Cathedral Catholic girls basketball team. Alyssa, is a senior, so helps lead her team and is off to pursue neuroscience at TCU in the fall. Although Julia is only a junior, she has already made a difference by starting the Filipino American Student Association, to raise awareness of her culture. Something that Alyssa has also helped her in succeeding with.

Recent Cal Poly graduate and former Torrey Pines high school and San Diego Sol club basketball standout, Sierra Campisano, just signed a contract to play in the top division of Budapest, Hungary. Right after graduation she spent a month playing with the WNBA Chicago Sky where she got to play with and against WNBA superstar Candace Parker. OSEMONT, Pa. - Keystone sophomore guard Mac Oribello was named the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Player and Defensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon by the conference office. Oribello helped guide the Giants to a 2-0 mark to start the season. Oribello scored a career-high 28 points in a win over PS-Scranton on Saturday, finishing the first two games of the season with an average of 17.5 points and 5.5 assists.

San Diego Sol is pleased to announce that we will be opening a 5-court sport facility at the new EdenPark complex in San Marcos. We will be the first organization to operate out of this, soon to be, state-of-the-art complex that, over the course of the next several years, will have indoor sand volleyball, futsal, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, swimming pools, rock climbing, a skate park, a fitness cen...ter, offices, restaurants and retail shopping. This complex is a work in progress and you will get a first hand look at how we will have converted an empty industrial building into our newest home. EdenPark will be a place where you can bring the entire family to stay and play.
