Thank you Rick J Delanty for an awesome May 15th #pleinairpainting demonstration! So many great words of wisdom, like the importance of maintaining your initial excitement of a scene by painting fast, wiping out a scary blank canvas with some initial base colors, and having a design in your mind before painting a scene. Rick loves sketching the design of a scene before painting.

Rick Delanty will be our last demonstrator until our program restarts in September and before our Paint San Clemente 2022 in June! Please join us in learning from this awesome artist on Sunday, May 15, 2022, from 3-5pm. Demonstrations are free to members in the Ole Hanson Fireplace Room of the Community Center, next to the gallery. $10 to non-members. Entrance includes a ticket for a raffle prize from our demonstrator, snacks, and beverages. No RSVP and tickets at the door. We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from Noon to 4:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm at 100 N Calle Seville, San Clemente, CA 92672, in the Community Center. The entrance is on the east side, facing the library.
