Sacramento Irish Folk Dance

Hi everyone! This June 13th Sac Irish Folk Dancers and their friends and family are participating in Ceili in the Kitchen! What is it? It's a program put on by Airc Damhsa in Ireland to teach you all the skills you need to throw a ceili in your very own kitchen! They have lessons on the tin whistle, soda bread baking, storytelling, and, of course, ceili dance! Follow along at: https://www.aircdamhsa.com/ceili... How do you participate? 1. Learn something from the link above or freestyle your own ceili talent. 2. Take a short (approx 30 sec to 1 minute) video of your talent 3. Send the video to Bridget F. through her email, text, this Facebook page, or Instagram by June 13th. 4. Get together with the people currently living in your home and have a ceili in your kitchen on June 13th! I will compile the videos and send them out so we can share our talents with one another. Feel free to share this post with anyone you think might be interested in joining us! I can't wait to see all of your amazing ceili talents! -Bridget

Class tomorrow will be taught by Brigid and Mary. Bridget will return on April 15th. As usual, we will be in Studio 1 at Sierra 2 Community Center from 7:00-9:00PM. A donation of $5 is requested.
