This 199-room hotel was a conversion and renovation of a Lowes Hotel to a Hyatt Place Hotel in Denver's upscale Cherry Creek area. Renovations included all the guestrooms and the public spaces. The entry, lobby, and restaurant were gutted and reconfigured for the Hyatt Place program elements and signature features.

Parking is provided in an underground parking garage. A partial fourth floor above three full floors surrounds an internal two-level courtyard that features a fountain and outdoor fireplace.
