First, a huge THANK YOU to all of our customers for the ongoing support. It is truly appreciated after such a tumultuous year. With that said, we are understandably getting a lot of order status + shipping questions and wanted to share some FAQ's:... All holiday orders placed prior to yesterday, were shipped out Thursday & Friday (Dec 18th latest). We will ship any orders placed this weekend by Monday, December 21st. As so many of you are aware, USPS has been experiencing extreme delays due to the pandemic, surge in online orders and staffing shortages. UPS (which we also offer as a shipping method) is also experiencing some delays, but not as bad. We have USPS pick up directly from our shop everyday (Monday - Saturday). If a label for your order was created and states "Pre-Transit", it has been picked up from our shop and is currently in the hands of USPS. We do not have your package in our possession. We have been experiencing (since COVID) many packages that have been picked up, are getting stuck in "Pre-Transit." These packages are being sorted at the local USPS facility and have not been scanned yet. We have even experienced some packages not getting scanned at all, and go from pre-transit to delivered with no tracking updates. If your package is taking longer than usual to get delivered, it is not lost - it is just delayed. If it has been a week since your shipping label was created, and there have been no tracking updates on your package - please create a Missing Mail alert with USPS on their website and this will help get it sorted faster. For all specific order inquiries. Please email us directly with your order #. Please remember everyone (businesses, delivery carriers, etc) are working so hard and so many long hours, please be KIND when issues come up!
