Edinburgh is doing a fun challenge now. The rest of this week and next week up until April 3, 2020 we are selling Corona Bug kits for $5.00 each. You make your own design of what you think the bug looks like. We here at Edinburgh put the kit together and you have no idea what is going to be in the box. The only thing we are giving away is that there are two fat eighth's of original Tissavel synthetic in each kit. Edinburgh covers the cost of shipping in the US. We ask that you send us a picture of your corona bug by April 30, 2020. The kit is found on our website in the And More section across the top of the home page. I was out in the warehouse where we have fabrics that are in cut pieces rather than on the bolts. They can get overlooked. I found AA30-6483. It is the longest mohair that Schulte makes in a Chili Pepper red. We only have a half yard in stock. It regularly sells for $145 for the half yard. I am offering it for $87.00 for the half yard. I will cut it down to fat quarters for $43.50. Please order it from Edinburgh's website. The discount will be applied at check out so don't panic when it does not show on the order. I did notice that the price for this fabric used to be $430.00 a yard so this is a great deal. We are changing our Steiff-Schulte discount level. We are lowering the 20% discount to start with $100.00-299.00. The 30 and 40% discounts have not changed. The announcement box on our homepage gives the details.

We are finally getting around to doing another challenge. This one is for a bear on all fours with a double jointed neck and joints in the wrists or knees. We will be giving the Ferdie pattern for free if you accept this challenge. You may make Ferdie as the pattern states or you may put your own spin on it. We ask that the bear have a double neck and jointed wrists or knees. The fabrics to choose from are styles: SST2500 any of the four colors, S155-2-1618 or H60-3-0002. The... fat quarter of fabric must be ordered by Oct. 31, 2019 with a note saying it is the challenge in the comment section. We will include the Ferdie pattern with the shipment. We must receive your picture of Ferdie or your Ferdie look alike by Nov. 30, 2019 to receive the $25 coupon towards the next purchase of a fat quarter of fabric. This should be fun. We received a shipment of German glass eyes with glitter. We have dark blue, brown (copper), light blue and black. They are on the website now with sizes and prices. They are style 933-101, 933-103, 933-105 and 933-115. They are in the "and more" section of the website then under Special eyes. These glitter eyes can make some wonderful creations. Stock is limited.
