Hey everyone, just a reminder that the Green Festival is this Saturday and Sunday, November 9th and 10th at the Concourse Exhibition Center. They still need a lot of volunteers! If you are interested in signing up for this great event, please register through http://www.greenfestivals.org/.

Last chance to sign up for our kayaking trip- Meeting tonight at 7:30pm in Gym 117A. General info, gear pickup, waivers, and $60 collection.... I've only got 2 spots left and would love to fill them! The trip is this weekend- Saturday, Nov. 9- Monday, Nov. 11

Hey everyone! There's a great volunteer opportunity happening this week! From October 23-31 there will be a pumpkin patch at the Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center (207 Skyline Blvd, SF, 94132). They need volunteers to help out running the haunted house, bounce house, and with games. They need people from 9:30am-5:30pm any day during October 23-31 (except Sunday because it will be closed then). If you are interested in volunteering you can email Cindy Blackstone at... [email protected] or call 415.213.8507. Additionally, there will be a Halloween Dance on October 31 from 6-8pm and they would love if you came and danced with the participants! Hey everyone! Here's a volunteer opportunity for November 9th and 10th. The Green Festival is coming to San Francisco and they need your help! The festival is going to showcase a number of environmentally responsible vendors, host live shows, and create awareness about sustainability and going green. There are a ton of volunteer opportunities like working in the wine and beer garden, main stage security, walking around with food and drink samples for people to try, bike valet, registration, etc. You will obviously get in free to the festival, get a free t-shirt, and get to learn about some awesome and forward-thinking vendors and organizations.
