Chef Michael Midgley and wife Laci are excited to have recently added a food truck, Midgley's Public Truck, and their catering van to their fleet as an expansion of their restaurant in Lincoln Center, Midgley's Public House. It has allowed them to expand their catering business and to be present at festivals, wineries, breweries and community events all over San Joaquin County and beyond....
