Dear members, As much as it pains me to do this, we will be following the Health and Safety guidelines set out and be closing effective today March 16th with hopes to reopen next Monday the 23rd. During this time we will be offering video tutorials for in home exercises and fundamentals practice, we will also be repainting the inside of the facility with Sherwin Williams Paint Shield which is a Microbicidal paint that kills 99.9% bacteria upon contact and continuous contact f...or 2 hours.
