A little Halloween inspired Cardio/Core/Boxing Day.

Meet Jacob Tobias ... Just wrapped up his Fall 12-Week Athlete PASS program. With a solid strength base, our goal was power and mobility. The results? Gained 7 lbs of muscle while dropping body fat % 3%... increased vertical jump by over 6 inches... grip strength over 10lbs... improved quad and hip flexor length and symmetry. 12 weeks of hard work = incredible gains. Congrats my guy!... Only goal he didn’t crush was being able to curl 75 lbs as pictured here.
