I found this paper wasp nest on this frame today. Never seen this on a hive frame.

It’s a beautiful warm day here in southern California and scout girls are out looking for a new home. They are checking out one of our swarm boxes. They are measuring the cavity dimensions and checking out the surrounding. It never gets old to watch these fascinating girls.
