Almost done harvesting for another beautiful spring market morning tomorrow! We picked so many delicious treats... Arugula, tatsoi, lettuce mix, super greens mix, watermelon radish, scarlet salad turnips, loose leaf napa cabbage, boc choy, fennel, swiss chard, dino kale, green garlic, spring onions, scallions... The list goes on! Not to mention we will have a whole half of our both dedicated to our garden starts. Woo wee- can't wait to share all these Hillview treats will our lovely community! Auburn market goes from 8am to noon by the Auburn courthouse.

Exciting news- Hillview will be back at the ROSEVILLE farmers market tomorrow morning with our nursery plants and produce. We can't wait to see all of our awesome Roseville regulars again. Swing by and say hi and grab some plants for your garden. We will have lots to choose from....... Cherry toms, heirloom toms, classic red tomatoes, summer squash, zucchini, lettuce mix, onions, flowers, basil, and more! Unique heirloom/artisan plant varieties. All started by seed here on the farm using the very best quality potting mix and grown with love. See ya at the Roseville market

Can't wait to send off these baby plants to their garden homes! We are looking forward to our plant pickup day tomorrow. (Friendly reminder, this event is only open to those of you that pre ordered nursery as farm parking is limited.) We will also be bringing lots of nursery starts to the Saturday morning Auburn farmers market tomorrow from 8am-noon. We will see ya there with both plants and produce! ... It's bound to be a beautiful weekend to play in the soil and eat some tasty farm fresh food. #GROWON

The wildest thing happened last night during our farm walk! Michael and I were checking the tunnels and we looked down to discover a two headed gopher!!! It was still alive, but moving really slow so we covered it with a bucket to show to our local ag office for research. We walked over this morning to show it to our crew and they were quite surprised! It almost jumped out at them!!! . . .... . #aprilfools #gotem
