More and more people are working from home and we continue to see an upswing of Repetitive Strain injuries due to poor work set ups at home. Ask your employer if they offer an ergonomic evaluation for your home office. If not, the BBC came out with some great suggestions. One of the problems we’ve seen during Covid and working from home has been posture related. Non ergonomic positioning is a major cause of the problems we see. Here are some good tips from UCSC. https://ehs.ucsc.edu/programs/ergo/stretch.html Make some changes, ask your employers for assistance in setting up a proper work area for yourself. (Stand up desk, ergonomic keyboard and mouse is a good start!)

We want to help those of you with hand and upper extremity problems but being in such close quarters makes us worry if staying open is a good idea with so many businesses closing due to the corona virus. We will keep you posted.
