In the session we will review your birth story in a way th...at is creative, fresh, and insightful. Through compassionate listening, the session will help you navigate your way out of old, unhealthy thought patterns, such as self-blame, into deeper realizations about yourself in relation to your birth experience. Requirements: - We cannot be peers - I cannot have attended your birth - The birth needs to have taken place within the past 7 years - This session is a solo session for the birthing person - We need to meet in person - You will need to have childcare, so we can spend time together distraction free Sessions will range from 15 minutes to 1 hour.
