Christopher enjoyed creating photos and videos and so we know he would have loved and been honored by this creative, thoughtful, idea. Video Remembrances of Chris Sheehan: In this time of Covid, a traditional memorial for our dear friend Chris isn’t safely possible, but those of us who loved him do want to remember him. The best way to sha...re our thoughts and feeling is on video. Either create a video yourself or we will shoot one for you. On Sat. Sept. 19, from 11 am 2 pm we will have a video camera set up on the patio in front of Diversionary Theatre*, 4545 Park Boulevard, San Diego, 92116. Appointments can be set for a 15 minute time slot to shoot your remembrance video. If the slots fill up quickly, we will add more times and days. Set your appointment here: https://calendly.com/waltergmeyer/remembering-chris Covid safety rules will be STRICTLY enforced. Please do not show up too early for your time slot or linger too longer after. Not that we don’t want to see you, but we do want to avoid having people congregate. If you do have to wait for the person ahead of you to finish recording, please keep a safe distance. Please wear a mask and only remove it when it is actually time to record your video. As much as we’d like to hug you, please keep a safe distance from the camera operator. You will be given a lavalier microphone to clamp to your shirt that has a long enough cord that the camera operator never has to get near you. The mic and clamp will be sanitized between each use. The theatre is closed, so do not expect to go into the building or use any facilities there. It is with overwhelming sadness, that we share, our beloved Christopher Sheehan has recently passed. Words cannot express how much our friend and colleague Christopher will be missed. His boundless energy, infectious smile, great sense of humor, and most of all his kind heart. He will always be loved and never forgotten.
