If you want to develop a strong core and arms but don't have any resistance to work with aside from your body, the one arm or one arm one leg push up will deliver! Leaving no room for leakage, the one-arm push-up is a variation of the push-up that fosters further development of whole-body tension skills and coordination: skills that are valuable for all strength-based endeavors. It requires excellent shoulder stability and an abundance of 'anti-leakage' powers TIPS: A stron...g one-arm push-up begins with a strong one-arm one plank.
