We have great hikes all over Butte County. This is one that we did over the weekend just outside of Forest Ranch down in the Canyon on Butte Creek. I Believe the hike was 1.2 in and 1.2 out. But honestly such a great hike. Multiple bridge crossing, small waterfalls, great views, really shady, fallows the river, places to swim, really a hidden gem within Butte County. Got another early morning ride in at Upper Bidwell Park. Sometimes life gets too busy that it seems like the only way to squeeze in some adventure is by sacrificing some sleep. It’s worth the sacrifice. This is Upper Park Middle Trail. Couple places are pretty technical! There are some great downhill sections with some fun features going both ways on this trail.
