Thank you to everyone who attended our last Obon practice at Nishi! Just a couple of reminders: No practice on Tuesday, July 3rd due to the Independence Day holiday, but we hope everyone has a great Fourth of July! Our FINAL practice before our Obon will be on Thursday, July 5th. Where? - Sakura Gardens of Los Angeles (325 S Boyle Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90033) What time? - 6:00 pm... There will not be as much parking as our Nishi lot, but we encourage everyone to come join us, in addition to some of the residents of Sakura Gardens, for our last Obon odori practice before Nishi’s Obon! Hey! Check out our yagura~ Thank you to everyone who set it up, as well as the bleachers! ALSO, thank you to everyone who came out to tonight’s practice! Just a reminder that our last practice AT NISHI will be this Thursday! We will not have practice next Tuesday (7/3) due to the Independence Day holiday.
