We're excited to announce that Congressman Carbajal is introducing the Naomi Schwartz Safe Parking Program Act to make federal funding available for Safe Parking Programs throughout the country. We're excited Nomadland won Best Picture, Best Actress, and Best Director at the Oscars last night! The film was based on a book, written by Jessica Bruder. Jessica Bruder released an opinion piece in the New York Times this past weekend about the difficulties she faced living in her vehicle. She referenced our Safe Parking Program as a "bright spot" in our country's efforts to provide support to people living in vehicles.
