The Magic in a letter. Over the years I have received countless thank you cards for the services I have done on my clients hair. After 30 plus years in the beauty industry is bound to happen. Sometimes the cards graciously acknowledged the work team for a wedding entourage or individual make up or up do. I vividly recall the letter I received after the passing of one of my senior clients. The son thank me for the many services I provided on his mom over the years. It was... and continues to be a lovely memory for me indeed. Unfortunately the art of letter or card writing seems to be a thing of the pass. Nowadays, you will agree with me, we all receive less and less letters or cards. That changed for me about a week ago. To my surprise I received another moving letter. The mayor tearing for me was who wrote it. Seniors do not text or call for appointments. They go directly and in person to either make an appointment or take care of an errand, but they are also masters of refined manners. Despite his trembling hand this kind senior took the time.....
