What to expect from your first visit: At your initial visit you will be closely evaluated and tested in detail by the therapist. Appropriate dress is gym attire. Loose clothing is advisable as you may need to move freely during your exercise regimen and also leave access to the injury site during treatment. If you are coming from work or other engagement, there will be private areas available to change clothing. Additionally there are private treatment rooms and gowns for mas...sage/mobilization, for women, or when we need to expose discrete areas of the body. We pride ourselves on maintaining a comfortable environment and can accommodate many requests for specific practitioners and work hard to keep our patients modest during their time with us. Our ultimate concern is, of course the best possible outcome and maximum return to activity and function. See more

If you want to make the most out of this summer, it's time to seek the advice of your physical therapist. Summer is a time to have fun and spend time outdoors. It is an opportunity to enjoy the sunshine. It's a time when you can go out for a walk and roll down the windows and take in everything that nature has to offer. The weather encourages you to be active and venture outside. The only caveat with outdoor activities is the risk of injuries due to twists, turns, and falls, among other reasons. The good news is that these injuries can be easily prevented with the advise of a physical therapist. Physical therapists are licensed professionals and experts in injury prevention and rehabilitation of injuries.
