Today we celebrate National Flag Day. 243 years ago today Congress adopted the United States flag by resolution. Since then, our flag has served as much more than just a symbol - but also a promise that the people of the land over which it flies shall remain free. Please take a moment to reflect on all that the American flag represents. Thank you to the men and women who defend our freedom.
