Governor Newsom has issued a mandatory shelter-in-place order for the state of California. During this time be aware that nonessential gatherings are banned. Residents are only allowed to leave their homes for essential reasons, or essential work. We want to thank our tenants for adhering to this statewide order and remind them that they should only enter their units to grab essential items. Loitering in the facility or congregating in units is highly discouraged. The Coronavirus continues to spread in our community and statewide rapidly. It is crucial that we all follow the direction of public health leaders to stay home except when necessary. We are all in this together and appreciate your cooperation until this mandate is lifted.
