What’s more, wine lovers can bring in their own special bottle and receive complimentary corkage with the purchase of at least one retail bottle (starting at $12). A blend of Old World and New World selections (including a curated list of Monterey County wines), Mezzaluna’s wine offerings are always evolving. New spring additions include a special allocation of Sassicaia, one of the original Super Tuscan wines. Known for its supple texture, elegance, and perfume, the 2017 Tenuta San Guido Tuscan Blend, Bolgheri Superiore DOC has arrived at Mezzaluna. Bottle prices for this renowned wine are $285 while dining and $265 at the retail shop.

We your 5 Star Reviews! Wow, just wow. Mezzaluna exceeded my expectations on all dimensions possible. Friendly and attentive service, efficient without being fussy. It has a thoughtful wine list, and a fun and inventive craft cocktail list. I will dream about their clam chowder, which bucks convention by not being thick, but more brothy, but still with some body and a ton of clams and bits of potatoes and veg. We ordered the short rib ravioli, the butternut squash pasta and the bolognese which all were very,very good, with fresh made, al dente cooked pasta. There are a ton of Italian restaurants in this county, but we have found our new collective favorite. Susan H

When I came here previously I was intrigued by the mozzarella bar then I read that all the pastas are made in house! I came with a friend and was absolutely blown away both times! We started off with the mozzarella and beets because we both loved beets! The mozzarella is really creamy and amazing, you can tell how fresh it tastes and with the ...combo of greens, beets and some pesto, it's amazing! We had the grilled octopus and it was really great! I wasn't a fan of the galangal but the sauce and the octopus were grilled to perfection! The raviolis were also super tasty , it was also quite a large portion! We weren't expecting so many but it was also delicious! The other time I was here, I had the lasagna and it was soooo good! Seems like menu changes seasonally with ingredients so it's not always gonna be the same menu! Regardless this place is worth checking out! Don't sleep on the house made gelato, it's also really great! The last time I was here we had mixed berry, Meyer lemon and peach! All were superb and delicious, it's the perfect way to end a meal! Service here is pretty great as well! Everyone is usually super nice and polite! I'm honestly looking forward to coming back here in the future!!! One of my fave pasta spots! Total for 2: $70
