To make a seemingly open ended task closed, placing tokens for a first/then chart works wonders! Today we used the Water Wow book ocean animals from @melissaanddougtoys to find the hidden animals! This was a very functional way to teach a new concept- verb find/found and expand past sentences stuck in the I want... phase!
