It has always been important to me to celebrate moms on Mother's Day. Moms do more for their families than anyone realizes, and often they are the glue that holds everyone together! The April data came out this morning. The median sale price in El Dorado Hills has gone up over 31% since last April. The current median sale price here is $900,000....which is $50K higher than the median list price of $850,000.

Wow. We’re projected to be the hottest market in the nation in 2021. Buyers are already in a tough position here, waiving appraisals, waiving inspections, paying all closing costs, giving free rentbacks.... I can’t imagine it getting any harder for them.
