Hello it's been a long time...I haven't been at Mecca for two years....I am and have been at the wonderful YMCA ...only problem is no pictures are allowed...it's a Y thing...Sorry ...just know that I do miss you all

Teaching at the YMCA in Redwood City, Ca. Monday's 5:30p.m. - 6:30pm. Wednesdays 9a.m. to 10a.m. Thursday's 6:30p.m. to 7:30p.m. Love this place. Everyone is welcomed.....I am honored to teach here and work with other awesome instructors....and the members are also great!
