Nothing special here, just felt like having tacos and all I did was replace the bad ingredients with organic or high nutrient dense ingredients. Lean turkey on an organic brown rice tortilla with low fat cheese, tomatoes, and spinach.

Leg day with one of my long time loyal clients. 3 kids and still looks amazing! Hard work pays off its just about how bad do you want it! emphasis on glutes and hams on this one. Partial to a full back lunge to keep tension on hams/glutes, cable "kickbacks" to focus on squeezing at full extension, and Swiss ball curls for overall posterior chain.
