The Great American Off-Road Race announced today that they are officially launching an all-new dedicated Military Vehicle Class in time for the 2021 Mint 400. Last year, several military vehicles competed as part of the Military Challenge. We are going to be releasing some of our best off-road photography or "Bangers" as we call them as a poster series via Dirt Co. Over the years we have shot hundreds of races and produced hundreds of photoshoots to capture the magic of off-road racing. The first one of the series is "Learning to Fly" shot by my longtime friend and Mad Media Director of Photography Vincent Knakal. Motocross racers don't even come close to getting the respect and recognition they deserve. Racing a motorcycle off-road is the most physically and mentally demanding motorsport on the planet. These super athletes generally have very short careers due to the beating their bodies take. We will be re-connecting motocross with the larger off-road racing culture. After all it is perhaps the pinnacle performance of track based of off-road racing.
