It's a little strange to 3d print a 18" wide gas cap on a massive heated print area: 1400x610x800mm (55x24x31in). It reminds me #makeit2x4 is a #largeformat3dprinter. ... Our go-to material, PA6GF, nlyon glass fiber made by @polymaker_3d. Surface finishing is rough, but sands well using power tool, very stiff and strong, works with bondo and epoxy, not melting like PLA. ...# MAKEiT2x4 printers are designed and handcrafted locally in Los Angeles.
