The Market Manager told us Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital would start up the seasonal market on May 22nd. He goofed. It was today. We found out too late! We will be there next Friday for sure.. We will start at Natividad Farmers Market next Wednesday! Get ready for some great Thai Food. We will be at the Artichoke Festival at the Monterey Fair Grounds May 30- 31. Artichokes go well with just about any Thai food dish! Yummy!

The spicy beef basil is terrific!!! I like the mango sticky rice... It is the PERFECT desert!!! Great market in Pacific Grove tonight.
