We are excited to share that the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and the California Department of Public Health have approved the return to campus for all of our TK-2nd grade students. We are going to transition our TK-2 students to the in-person instructional model beginning Monday, November 9, 2020.

Our Fall Speaker series continues this Wednesday October 28th at 6:00 PM. Bay Laurel Principal and veteran LVUSD administrator Dr. Jackii Duncan will offer a presentation on Shawn Achor's acclaimed book, Big Potential. Having completed her doctoral work in stress in education systems, Dr. Duncan will share many ideas for remaining positive and balanced during the pandemic. Tickets are free, and space is limited. Our Counseling Center staff has been facilitating Virtual Book Clubs for parents in the LVUSD Community Every Monday at 5:00 PM. As we prepare for November, we'll shift our focus to William Berger's acclaimed book: The Book of Beautiful Questions. Everyone is welcome and you do not have to read the book to attend.
