You will need a pull up bar and a kettlebell. If you dont have a pull up bar. you can do a row instead. Start with 1 clean and press L / R 1 pull up or 1 renegade row L / R ... 2 clean and press L / R 2 pull ups or 2 renegade rows continue to 5 clean and press and 5 pulls then start over, back at 1. do 3-5 rounds
Single arm power swing x5 Single arm swing x5 High pull x 5 Snatch x 5 Front squat x5 ... 45 second rest then switch sides. After left and right are completed rest 1:30-2 minutes Repeat 4 rounds per side (Dont do these moves if you haven't been properly trained)
Do one exercise each minute, then rest the rest of the minute. Min.1 push up x10-15 Min.2 row x10-15 OR pull up x5-10 Min.3 burpee x10 OR squat jump x10 ... Min.4 lunge 10L / 10R Repeat 5 for a total of 20 minutes
