Ideas to keep moving... Bay or ocean swims - The bay water temp is approx. 61 degrees today Hiking Long walks on the beach (Brian Kohlmeier has been doing a lot of this, good for you Brian).... Running Surfing - if you don’t know how, it might be time to look into it Paddle boarding / kayaking Cycling / mountain biking Yoga this has been one of my favorite things to do.
