Enrollment for the 4 week Swim Camp is Open!!! July 6 - Aug 1 Email: [email protected] The camp honors social distancing, so less classes available; spots are limited.... An email went out today with further details. * This camp is separate than our regular classes/ sessions that are still on hold till official re-open date TBA. Participation in camp does not effect existing students that still have their swim spot and will get due classes when we reopen. We miss you all & can’t wait to get back to normal programming!

LDAC Update: While we anticipated a slow re-opening of Little Dipper Aquatic Center in June, we have made the decision to push back that date. This decision is primarily due to our respect of county guidelines of small businesses, specifically indoor swimming pools. Safety is and has always been the top priority for Little Dippers. ... We are working diligently in creating procedural steps to ensure we provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all of you. We are aiming to slowly re-open, possibly mid July, but the exact date TBD. We currently have only one staff member responding to business operations as we remain closed. Session 4 Update

COVID-19 BREAK UPDATE CLOSED March 16 - April 7 Session 3 schedule adjusted March 2 - April 18 ... March 16, 2020 UPDATE Dear LDAC Swimmers, Due to the "Shelter in place" restrictions we are forced to be closed until April 7. We have extended out session 3 to end on April 18. A makeup day will be scheduled for Monday April 6th to Sunday April 19. Session 4 will now start on April 20. Session 4 tuition was charged on 3/15. The new 2020 annual session schedule is now updated with new tuition and drop dates online. Stay healthy and we will see you back at the pool soon!

March 13, 2020 Dear LDAC Swimmers, The Mt. Diablo Unified School District announced earlier today that they decided to formally close schools starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Monday, March 16 is a scheduled Professional Development Day off for teachers, with no students present.... According to the Contra Costa Health Services, as of last evening, there have been zero confirmed cases of covid-19 to students of Mt. Diablo School District. Our staff have been diligent during this time to make sure that LDAC is taking all preventative measures and to follow the guidance of our country’s public health department. Although it has been stated that covid-19 can not be transmitted through water and chlorinated bodies of water, we choose to follow suit with the Mt. Diablo School District. We believe that the decision to take 2 weeks off is in the best interest of our swimmers, staff and community. We have rearranged the annual session schedule to ensure swimmers and staff are taken care of. Session 3 (current session) March 2 - April 11 *Covid-19/Spring Break March 16 - March 28 / Session 3 will still be 4 weeks long Session 4 April 13 - May 9 The rest of the new 2020 annual session schedule is now posted on our website. If your swimmer was set to stop lessons at the end of session 3, your new stop date will be the week of April 11. If your swimmer was set to change class times and days their new class schedule will start with the new session 4 start date of April 13. Thank you LDAC Staff
