With over 25 years of experience in the field, I have the expertise and tools to provide a warm and safe environment for individuals, couples, and families. My style is gentle, supportive and encouraging. Clients report experiencing rapid relief from their pain as well as positive changes in the areas of intimacy, weight loss, anxiety and depression. On Saturday... afternoons, I run a group using the Emotional Freedom Technique for "Weight Loss and Well Being". Clients who have attended report tremendous satisfaction with the changes they experience in their lives as a direct result of the support they receive in group. I also work with teens, helping them heal their emotional injuries and build greater self-worth and self-esteem. I understand the pressures and fears of this age group, and use this insight along with humor and kindness to quickly restore equilibrium to the situation and confidence to the teen.
