We thank the fearless firefighters battling the many fires in the west and especially those combating the Dolan fire (fairly far to the north but still the biggest fire in our neck of the woods). We are humbled and happy to be delivering farm fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner to the firefighter headquarters for these hard working heroes this past week. It has been all hands on deck with John and Renee and grandchildren helping with this unexpected business pivot. Chef Matt and the whole Linn’s team involved deserves a whole lot of love for pitching in to make a difference and support the firefighters with what we do best: good hearty food.

We are back in business and open today, Sunday, August 2nd after yesterday’s sudden fire evacuation (at a business nearby on Burton drive). Please come and support the East Village businesses! We apologize to those we were not able to serve for dinner. Everything happened fast. Thank you to the first responders who contained the emergency and we are so happy no one was physically injured.
