PARENT FORUM is tomorrow March 30 at 6pm. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Good morning and Lindy Families. Happy Monday! This is Dr. Rios with our morning announcements.... First, you have probably heard the exciting news that our district will be going back for in person learning. This requires some preparation and therefore, starting today students may have asynchronous instruction. Asynchronous instruction may be provided today, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week, to allow teachers time to prepare and be trained on all safety protocols. Next, Thursday, April 1, 2021, students who have chosen in-person instruction will attend with teachers in the classroom while students who opted to remain on distance learning will continue their instruction using Google meets through simultaneous teaching. Finally, we have moved our Family Forum from tonight to tomorrow evening. Our Family Forum will provide more specific details about our in-person learning model for families who have selected in-person learning. Again, our forum will be held tomorrow March 30th at 6pm. She is one of our former Lindstrom/Mayfair students who is now an adjunct instructor for the art department at Long Beach State University, an artist and children's book illustrator, making a name for herself in the art community. Lindstrom PTA has been fortunate to have Jamie help with our Reflections Art Program in the past as a judge and resource speaker. ...
