Inspired by one of ...my favorite poems by Ada Limon, "Instructions on not Giving Up". @sydperkins is an artist based out of Cardiff, CA. Her work is mainly inspired by the intersection of womxn, the wild, and surf culture. Much of her work depicts concentric line work on female forms, which Sydney has found to be a therapeutic creation process and form of meditation. She works in a variety of mediums ranging from graphic art and design (Wyld Syd Studio @wildsyd.studio), to acrylic paint. When she's not in the studio she can be found at her other passion, working at a residential treatment center for foster youth.
