On November 6-7, 2017, we'll be presenting our brand new Level II workshop! Accelerate Collaboration Workshop: Introducing the Visual Collaboration Kit Getting everyone on the same page is no small task, especially across partnerships and coalitions. That is why we created the Visual Collaboration Kit after a decade of work in the field. This workshop is geared for those working on collaborative initiatives that involve more than one organization, such as collective impact, ...partner, and place-based initiatives that involve more than one organization. This two-day workshop provides you with basic visual recording skills and trains you to use the new Leapfrog Visual Kit a set of six visual templates and six facilitator guides. Designed around the five commonly used Conditions of Collective Impact, we supply great visual tools and facilitation practices for those with basic facilitation skills without needing to be artistic.
