Laughter Yoga basic training, offered via Zoom to a private group. Each student also had substantial homestudy, and had to send me a video showing them doing laughter exercises in-the-flesh with a real, live person.

Wow. What a year! The pandemic led to the cancellation of all my Leader Trainings this year, until.... I accepted Zoom (with conditions). 'Just finished my first Zoom-based Laughter Yoga Leader training. (Each student also had to do a private session with a living person, of which they sent me a video, to demonstrate eye contact and show their proficiency in leading laughter exercises). It went remarkably well - I have confidence in my new Leaders! 'Think I'll offer another Zoom based training in March/April.

I regret to announce that, due to state and nationwide public health concerns, the Leader Training of March 21-22 will be postponed. Prospective new dates: any weekend between Sept. 19 and Oct. 11 (please let me know if you have preferences). Also, already on the schedule: December 12-13.

What. Makes. You. Laugh? Or just makes your jaw drop in astonishment?

We can laugh like this, even with strangers. And then, the stranger becomes our friend! You just have to be willing. Hooray for Laughter Yoga!
