This is the MOXA!

with my master, Kiiko Matsumoto. I admire her unflagging enthusiasm about treating people with acupuncture. She likes to research Chinese classic books and Chinese character point names, and shows us all what she has learnt. There is no secret or hidden technique behind her. Her class is reproducible and very practical. Besides acupuncture, I love to talk, eat, and drink with her. I am from the same city and school as hers, we have some common people and things. I am very lucky to know her as a teacher and a person.

The first step toward my aspiration! Historically, acupuncture was one of a few jobs the blind people could gain in Japan. They worked and studied acupuncture as hard as they could for their living, otherwise they would lose job and life. Japanese acupuncture had been developed with their enormous efforts, and it may have died out without their devotion. Serving the blind community is my sense of mission as a Japanese acupuncturist. I give a complimentary acupuncture treatment to the blind people, and the lady on pic below, Yoland, is my first gratitude to the Japanese blind acupuncturist.
