Please don’t get too excited yet about the new May 17th IRS deadline. 1. We don’t know yet if the state of California will comply 2. The big brains at the IRS left April 15th as the due date of the first estimates for 2021. Your 2021 estimates are built on your 2020 tax returns. 3. Trusts and C corporations due April 15th are still due April 15th. Bottom line so far this is nowhere as good as it sounds.... Neal
