We would like to take this moment to congratulate Instructor Joshua on Graduating High School today! He is an outstanding individual and an amazing role model to our students. In September he will be shipping off to the Marines and we could not be more proud of him. At the young age of 17 years old, he is a person that knows what he wants and always looks to excel to the best of his ability. TNT is blessed to have you stud. CONGRATS

Dear TNT Families, Bootcampers and Taekwondo Students; We wanted to share what we do on a daily basis in our schools to ensure the health and safety of you and your family. We will be using disinfectant which specifically eliminates the human coronavirus in order to clean surfaces, door handles, and bathrooms and will continue these efforts. In addition, we will be cleaning these surfaces more frequently to ensure that they are clean. We have hand sanitizer available at the d...esk for all families and staff members to use. To help us keep our classrooms and staff healthy, we ask that you stay home from class if you are feeling ill, have a fever, dry cough, or are having difficulty breathing or are showing any other signs of illness. We will be more than happy to help you continue your training when you are feeling well again. The best way to prevent the spread of this (as well as other illnesses) is to follow basic health protocol: Wash hands frequently with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds. If you cannot access soap and water, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. Turn away from others when you cough and cough into your elbow or tissue instead of your hand. Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose, or mouth. We also recommend that you sanitize all gear and your uniform following classes. We will be temporarily putting a hold on the use of hand shakes, high- fives, and fist bumps. We will, however, still smile, give lots of thumbs ups, air high-fives, and bow to greet each other. As part of this approach we will also be limiting the contact between students. Most importantly, we will continue to teach energetic and fun classes to ensure that everyone has a safe but good time. Anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness will be asked to leave for the day. This is nothing personal, but is in order to help maintain the health and safety of our students and staff members. We are monitoring this situation closely and will be making any adjustments that we can to ensure the safety of our families as well as keeping classes fun and safe for all of our students, and adult bootcampers. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our us via email or Direct Message or any TNT Staff Members. Sincerely, Tavis and Taylor Smith TNT Martial Arts & Fitness [email protected]
