I was just watching a mama bird flying with her young and thought of how our first life lessons are from mothers...and remembered at age 7, my mom at her sewing machine sewing pieces of garments for work, and her telling me that money is like energy, and you have to spend it wisely because you have to work to get it. If you wasted your money you would have wasted your energy...And now I see energy as money because you wouldn’t want to carelessly throw away your energy by wast...ing it on things that don’t matter. You want to be conscious on how you spend your energy, so to stay vibrant and healthy, you have to keep your energetic currency high...by being aware of our thoughts for example...stop giving away your life force to negative thoughts.
